A proposed contemporary urban flats development in the Cherry Creek neighborhood, One Cherry Creek’s design set a new standard for discreet luxury. Reestablishing the standard, this intelligent design exhibits only the finest in materials and most elegant of forms. The exterior of the project is simply comprised of a rich, warm, and sophisticated palette of materials including; hand-cut stacked stone, honed stone panels, integrally-colored board-formed concrete, and hand-crafted wood windows and doors. Residents will enjoy generous space and light, as well as lush and meticulously landscaped exterior gardens, pools, and patios. The dialog between interior and exterior space will encourage the full appreciation and exploitation of Denver’s 300+ days of sunshine. The development had a total of 66,664 square feet encompassing 10 unique units, an underground parking garage, private elevator access, a column-free layout, courtyards, terraces, and decks.
